Understand the Hormones.
Cultivate Resilience.
The body is constantly adapting. Hormones influence how we move, recover, respond to stress, build strength, and navigate life's transitions. These rhythms are woven into every stage of health, healing, and performance.
WHEN WE LEARN TO SEE THESE RHYTHMS, WE CAN:
Support recovery with greater precision.
Build strength with confidence.
Help clients trust their bodies through change.
This advanced, two-day course invites you to connect hormonal health, movement science, and clinical reasoning to create more individualized, resilient pathways to recovery.
This Is Your Invitation
You’ll explore how hormone-related changes influence tissues, tendons, energy
systems, and the nervous system’s ability to adapt—through a mix of science,
sensory awareness, and clinical intuition.
Through lecture, live demonstration, and hands-on labs, you’ll learn to restore synergy in your clients’ most essential systems.
At the heart of this course is experiential learning, including:
Hands-on
labs:
Map timelines, test load responses, explore breath-to-core
relationships, and practice hormone-aware movement strategies.
Connecting the Dots:
Timeline-based reasoning and hormone-informed communication that fosters trust and agency in your clients.
Building
Resilience:
Integrate movement, loading, recovery, and coaching strategies that help clients adapt, heal, and thrive through life's hormonal transitions.
This is your invitation to shift from chasing symptoms to cultivating resilience, one intentional, connected step at a time.
Course Overview
This hands-on course explores the connection between hormonal health, musculoskeletal resilience, and recovery across the lifespan. You'll learn how menstrual cycles, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and menopause influence tissue adaptation, tendon health, pain experiences, movement capacity, and healing.
Through a blend of lecture, movement exploration, case discussion, and lab-based learning, you'll connect hormonal physiology to tissue behavior, nervous system regulation, load tolerance, and recovery, translating complexity into confident clinical decision-making.
You'll learn to use hormone-aware assessment, timeline mapping, and coaching-informed communication to uncover the factors contributing to your client's presentation and support meaningful, lasting change.
You’ll leave with a complete toolbox: assessment strategies, tendon loading progressions, movement frameworks, client education resources, and communication approaches that foster trust, resilience, and client agency throughout the recovery process.
Shift from chasing symptoms to cultivating resilience, one intentional, connected step at a time.
